Our cattle receive no grain. They utilize the the grass our farm produces for growth in the Spring, Summer, and Fall periods. We harvest excess grass in silage and hay for the winter months. Our beef is raised without the use of growth hormone implants, digestive stimulants or antibiotics. This produces beef with an exceptionally high ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fat resulting in the most healthy and tasty beef you can buy.
